Submitting an application to any Nevcap program does not create an obligation for Nevcap to admit applicants or provide services beyond preliminary evaluation.

If you are accepted into a program or event, additional agreements may apply, including confidentiality, participation guidelines, or payment terms.

We may rely on third-party platforms to deliver forms, communications, media, or analytics. Those services are governed by their respective policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevcap and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
